Basically,I Wish To Master&Become Like Rodrigo(Rodrigo’Gabriela)
So,I want learn and become expert at that

Since,I believe that slow and emotion based music is more alike to me
I wish To Learn Songs Like,Here Without You(3 Doors Down),I’m Yours(John Myraz)&
Nothing Else Matter’s

Since I want to learn and expertise within the correspondence of discipline for those staff i’m within to pay the cost

So,Which Sites Should I use,pay to or books and dvd’ i should buy
I DEFINITELY WANT TO LEARN AND PLAY SONGS LIKE ROMANCE
The Place Where I live Has No Spanish Guitar Teacher…Also I Play Pretty Good…Chords,Tabs,Theory and All…Also I write My Own Music Too…
I work 5 Hours A Day So Now I am good With Barre’s and all…
Also What I meant was Internet Site’s To Learn With(Like jamplay and guitar tricks)

Answer: If you are willing to pay the cost, I suggest you find a good classical guitar instructor and take lessons until you reach at least the advanced level. In addition to learning the correct way to play classical guitar, you will also learn to read music and about theory. You will then be able to play anything you want, right off the sheet music. If you have a steel string guitar, you might want to practice jazz scales and chords on your own, to help you learn to improvise, comp and compose. You will find many free lessons for that on this site: http://www.jazzguitar.be/ and can find many others by using your favorite search engine, but if you want to be great at classical, I suggest studying under a good teacher for at least a year or two.

I just love answering these guitar course questions. Here’s another:

Question: gonna have about six straight years to self teach myself the guitar i need to learn to read breath eat and just live techniqes. blues flamenco country and rock. I need the closest thing to an instructor or true method there is.

Answer: Teaching your self.
This is the most popular way to learn guitar. Millions have tried it. Many encourage beginners to do it. Some succeed. Maybe you could be one of them.
It sounds like a great idea. After all it is free, and you can learn at your own pace. No teacher to tell you what you have to do.
There are thousands of books, videos and internet sites to help. Some of the internet sites are even free.
Why are there so many books, videos and internet sites to help? Because few can learn using the one that was recommended, so the player starts looking for something else.
Some who want to learn on their own, go to the books and videos since they are cheaper than lessons. Music stores sell so many books. (Last time I checked at the local music store there were 27 different beginner guitar books) Quite a few videos.
The music stores also have guitar classes and private lessons. Some schools have class lessons. The lesson prices are more. Sometimes a class for 3 to 6 months may cost less than one private lesson.
I assume you want to succeed. You might do it by any of the methods, but most likely you will not. The Internet site seems to have the most failures, followed by the books. Videos do a bit better but still almost 80% quit during the first year. Private lessons have a better record. Only 65% quit the first year. Surprising to many your best chance of still playing the guitar after one year is to take classes. Classes allow you to see and hear what the teacher and other students are doing. It also allows them to see and hear you and to help you to solve the many problems and questions that you will have.

The choice is yours.

Question: hi i am doing a EPQ course at my college and i need some ideas.
I am researching about the way guitars are made and also the different music that goes with guitars so could you please put any type of music down with guitars involved i know there is loads but i would like some to do with rock and heavy metal i already have some ideas and just need a few more to get started thanks =]

Answer: I recommend you watch the documentary ‘It Might Get Loud’, it’s available on dvd, is worth a watch, and is centred around the different eletric guitar stylings of Jimmy Page from Led Zeppelin, Jack White of The White Stripes, Raconteurs and Dead Weather, and The Edge from U2. All of these bands are worth looking at for your project too

Also the work of Tony Iommi (Black Sabbath) for metal, as they were among the originals. It would probably be a good idea to look at Status Quo for the way they only ever used 2 chords per song.

If you really wanna go back to the beginning of when guitars entered popular music, you need the background of the blues, so go look up Robert Johnson and Howlin’ Wolf.

Musicians such as Slash are famous for using particular guitars, in his case Gibson Les Paul’s.

Paul McCartney is a famous left-handed player.

And… look up different types of pedals and effects too, Matt Bellamy is the guy to look at for that.

I can’t think of anything else right now but I hope I gave you good pointers

Question: By structured I mean that has lessons of progressively increasing difficulty, in which mastering one lesson allows to move on to the next one, as in a language course.

Answer: Hello Paul, and welcome to the wonderful world of guitar playing!
